Dry material:

  • 200g self-sufficient flour
  • 110g brown sugar
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder

Wet material:

  • 150ml of milk free of milk
  • 75ml of sunflower oil
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla essence
  • 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar

Other Ingredients:

  • 200G blueberries
  • Vegan butter to lubricate the pan
  • Baking Paper
  • Icing sugar


  1. First, preheat the oven to 180 degrees C.
  2. In a big tap, mix all the dry ingredients. Add baking powder as much as 2 tsp.
  3. In another bowl, mix all the wet ingredients.
  4. After that mix all dry ingredients and wet ingredients into one. Mix well until smooth.
  5. Fold blueberries carefully.
  6. Use baking paper to coat the baking sheet, then spread the sides using butter.
  7. On a baking sheet, pour the mixture and spread it evenly using a spatula.
  8. Then cook in the oven for about 35 minutes.
  9. After removing it from the oven, wait for it to cool then add the icing sugar. sow on it.
  10. Cakes are ready to be cut! Enjoy!
