  • 200 ml thick cream

  • 3 cups of dark chocolate (chopped)
  • 2 cups of coconut oil
  • 1 glass of corn syrup

  1. Make coffee pudding: First, heat sugar, coffee, cream, and vanilla beans (seeds and whole pods) using medium heat in a large saucepan. Allow to boil or stir occasionally. Then lift and close.
  2. With a large bowl, pour the egg yolk into it. Pour the hot coffee cream into it little by little by mixing until it blends well.wrap the bowl using plastic, then chill overnight

Then remove the pudding from the mold and then freeze it again in the freezer until the pudding is ready to dip.
  5. The way to magic chocolate shell: By using a bowl placed on a double catheter, melt the chocolate. Using a spatula, stir in corn syrup and coconut oil with melted chocolate.
  6. Take one frozen coffee pudding using a skewer then dip it into the Magic Shell.
