No Bake Ice Cream Cake



This recipe is one of the best cakes. Very preferred by children to adults. This cake has three flavors, but it is very beautiful to mix with each other so it does not dominate other flavors. it's easy to make this cake.

Ingredients

  • 1 kg of Vanilla Sponge Cake
  • 1000 ml (Estimated) Chocolate Ice Cream
  • 500 ml (Estimated) Butterscotch Ice cream
  • 4 tablespoons of powdered sugar
  • 8 tablespoons of water
  • as needed by Cadbury Gems Butterscotch, Chocolate Shavings, Silver Ball etc.
  • For decorating Bourbon Biscuits or Munchini


Steps

  1. Use a fairly large skillet, or if you are overwhelmed you can reduce the portion, this pan to hold 1 kg of cake plus 600 ml of ice cream. I used 12 loose pan round baking pan. put the film attached to it.
  2. Dissolve the sugar using water and keep it aside. Take ice cream from the refrigerator then let stand for approximately 8 minutes. Meanwhile you need ice cream that is soft and also does not melt easily.
  3. Divide the cake into three pieces horizontally so you can have three of the same cake discs.
  4. Then place one part on the baking pan. Pour 2 or 4 tablespoons of sugar water so the cake becomes moist.
  5. Then add half the chocolate ice cream on top, then spread evenly. Add cream.
  6. For the second layer of cake you can repeat the process again, then also add butterscoth ice cream.
  7. Do the same with the third layer, but end with chocolate ice cream. make sure it is on the side of the pan.
  8. Then freeze overnight or maybe for at least 5 hours.
  9. Then remove it from the refrigerator, use a knife around the edge, then slide the cake to the top
  10. Do not let the ice cream melt, if that happens then freeze it again.
  11. Next decorate. I use cadburys grated, and also biscuits.
  12. Your ice cream is ready to be served.
