Vegetarian Southern Fried Squash

This version of deep-fried Southern Squash has three ingredients. Use no liquids. i like to recommend to use a well seasoned forged iron frying pan or a slippery  pan. If you don't have either use a bit slippery  spray. Its superb the squash and onions turn out their own liquids.


  • 1/2 little onion
  • 1-1/2 pounds yellow squash
  • to style treaty used a teaspoon


  1. Slice the squash and onion, heat the pan.
  2. Add the squash and onion to the pan. Add salt stir usually.
  3. Cover for quarter-hour.
  4. Stir until smart and caramelized.
