  • 1 tablespoon edible fat
  • 1 cm ginger, minced or smashed
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 carrot, thinly sliced at associate degree angle

  • 100 gr baby bok choy
  • 1/4 red bell pepper
  • 1/4 yellow bell pepper

  • 2 tablespoons sauce
  • 3 tablespoons condiment
  • 75 cc water
  • salt and pepper
  • 2 teaspoons corn starch mixed with a bit water


  1. Cut broccoli and baby bok choy. place them into boiling water for one minute. Set aside.
  2. Heat the edible fat during a cooking pan over medium heat. Sauté the garlic and ginger till scented.
  3. Add the carrot. Stir till the carrot [*fr1] barbecued.
  4. Add sauce, condiment, and water. Bring it to boil.
  5. Add button mushrooms, broccoli, red, yellow, and orange bell peppers, baby bok choy, and tomato. Cook for concerning thirty seconds.
  6. Season with salt and pepper.
  7. Add amylum mixture. Stir till the sauce thickened. Serve heat with polished rice. Enjoy!
