French Style Vegetarian Stew

  • 6-8 stalks Celery
  • 1-2 giant Australian Spanish onion
  • 2 giant North American country Russet Potatoes
  • 2 medium Carrots
  • 1 giant Red pepper
  • 3-4 giant Tomatoes
  • 4-5 items curd Skin Rolls
  • 8-10 medium Portabella Mushrooms
  • 1 one/2 tbsp Italian Spices
  • 2 items eater Stock Cubes
  • 1 tbsp Sugar
  • 2 tbsp margarin
  • 2 cups Water
  • 1 cup Full Cream Milk


  1. Cut all the vegetables as well as the mushrooms into cube size. Cut the curd skin roll into little slices and mince a touch.
  2. Heat the pot and soften the margarin in low heat.
  3. When the margarin is het up, place the spices into the margarin and fry all the ingredients within the pot for 5-10 minutes.
  4. Pour the water and milk into the pot and soften the sugar and broth in it.
  5. When the water is cooked, address low heat and stew the ingredients for 30-40 minutes. Then, able to serve.
