BBQ roasted chickpea bowls

I came up with this when creating some delicious eater grain bowls on Pinterest.


  • 1 will chickpeas, drained and rinsed
  • 1/3 cup BBQ sauce
  • 1 cup braised millet
  • Half pint cherry tomatoes
  • Half inexperienced or red bell pepper, chopped
  • Half Spanish onion, sliced
  • Olive oil
  • Salt
  • Pepper


  1. Preheat kitchen appliance to 425°
  2. Toss chickpeas together with your favorite BBQ sauce
  3. Toss vegetables with oil and salt and pepper to style
  4. Spread chickpeas and veggies out on a baking sheet
  5. Start preparation millet to package directions
  6. Roast chickpeas and veggies for twenty minutes
  7. Serve veggies and chickpeas over millet with oil or additional BBQ sauce on prime
